The YA Collective

Who better to program and run our YA Collective than young adults themselves?

Our five Youth Curators – Bella, Brooke, Lila, Rafael, and Sophie – curated four engaging panel sessions with YA authors and illustrators, focusing on the topics that matter most to young people.

This year, we brought the YA Collective to the Perth Town Hall, where attendees heard from an incredible lineup of creatives, including:

Morris Gleitzman (QLD)
Graham Akhurst (NSW)
Yuot A. Alaak (WA)
Scott Wilson (WA)
Wolfgang Bylsma (WA)
Sarah Winifred Searle (WA)

Don't miss out on next year’s program. Stay tuned for more exciting details as we bring together the voices that inspire and challenge young minds.

A huge thank you to our incredible curators, authors, participants, helpers and volunteers. To the curators for your vision and creativity in shaping the program, to our authors, participants and volunteers who brought energy, ideas and enthusiasm to every session.

Thank you for being a part of this wonderful community and for helping bring the magic of storytelling to life.
